You can appeal to QAZKOM with request to defer payments on the loan if you already have overdue debts or in case temporary financial difficulties are emerging.
How to get a delay?
Processing of the application for loan repayment delay is carried out on the basis of the following cases: termination of income due to temporary loss of employment or job change, maternity leave, temporary decrease in profit from entrepreneurial activity
You need to appeal to the QAZKOM filial branch where the loan was arranged and sign the corresponding statement
You will have to provide the identification document in the branch in order to be identified as the major borrower
In order to get a delay, you should
Justify your need for delay
Provide additional collateral if possible
State clearly how and from which funds the remaining part of the loan would be repaid after the delay
QAZKOM cannot consider collective appeals because of confidentiality issues (information about each loan is bank secrecy), as well as due to the fact that each Borrower’s situation (marital status, income, availability of housing and so on) requires separate consideration.
QAZKOM does not plan to carry out activities aimed at massive write-off of interest on loans or fees (penalties).
QAZKOM cannot allow delays on loans for the purchase of housing under construction based solely on the fact that the real estate developer ceased building that object. Each Borrower chooses the building company for himself/herself and enters into a contract for equity participation in construction. This contract provides for completion deadlines and other conditions. The bank is not a party to that contract and thus it does not participate in choosing the company. The relationship between Borrower and Bank are regulated by other document – the loan agreement, which prescribes that Borrower takes an obligation to repay his/her loan to Bank within the set time limit and under the agreed conditions.
